It deserves its 5 stars. Nice gardens on the territory. 20 mins walk to the centre. A hair dryer, soft bathrobes and slippers were very handy.

Great location and overall the staff was amazing. The owner upon arrival was friendly. We had a safe, television and a study table. Btw, it's 2 km from city centre. Plus, free Wi Fi was available.
